- Manage high performing team focused on Demand Operations and Digital Experience
- Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Develop an industry leading web experience across a multi-product platform offering
- Build processes and workflows for experimentation & measurement to enable growth.
- Identify opportunities to expedite our digital efforts working with contractors, tools and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Evaluate and implement marketing technology solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience leading digital marketing efforts in B2B SaaS. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results, ranging from inbound to account based marketing strategies
- Proven experience owning a visual brand and digital experience within B2B SaaS
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong Salesforce and Hubspot experience. 6Sense is a plus
- Analytical experience using a tool like Tableau to report on performance
- Proven project management skills. Asana is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
