The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of supplies, beer, liquor and wine. Optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Enforce sanitary practices, general cleanliness and maintenance of dining room and kitchen. A minimum of 3 years of Restaurant or Hospitality Management experience required.
