We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our growing Finance team. You will report to the Director of Finance and collect outstanding debts owed to the company. Your goal is to reduce the number of delinquent accounts, maintain accurate customer records, and provide excellent service to our customers. This position will require problem solving, a customer service attitude and the ability to maintain and establish a professional working relationship with the customer and the sales force. You will work with the Sales Partners and account executives in the company to meet the targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage collections activities, calls, and emails for FINTRX accounts.
- Establish strong relationships with customers and other internal departments.
- Provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues, resolve client discrepancies and short payments, reconciliation of customer accounts and monitor assigned accounts with follow up actions.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
- Prepare statements of overdue invoices and perform account reconciliation.
- Respond to internal and external customer related requests.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
