We are looking for a Salesforce Junior Administrator who will support the organization in user onboarding, support and data management. You will work closely with our Technicians & back office support staff to drive activity and touchpoints for the organization.
Responsibilities
· Daily support and administration of Salesforce users and processes including: user licenses and profiles, workflows, triggers, custom objects, configuration of page layouts, reports and dashboards.
· Trian users in one on one and classroom settings.
· Create reports and dashboards as necessary across all business units.
· Troubleshoot and support end-users to ensure Salesforce.com meets their needs and keep pace with changes in program operations, policies and/or procedures.
· Support multiple business functions to identify, document and implement streamlined business processes.
· Partner with internal staff and vendors to align priorities and implement effective changes to the Salesforce.com system.
· Set up and manage the Salesforce security model and sharing settings.
· Manage sandbox and deployment processes.
· Build reports and dashboards for internal customers.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
· One to three years of related experience in Salesforce Administration for a service organization
· Background in the fire safety, HVAC, or other industrial or trade services organization is helpful
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Effective communication skills for exchanging routine & non-routine information (verbally and in writing) to partners within and outside of the organization
· The successful candidate must be a self-starter, able to simultaneously handle multiple projects, effectively prioritize workload, and own deliverables from start to finish
· Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
