What are the responsibilities and job description for the MATH TUTOR position at FIREFLY TUTORS?
Firefly Tutors is hiring for a YEAR-ROUND 6th-12th grade Math and Science Tutor
IN-HOME Experienced Tutors ONLY
AUBURN, CA and surrounding areas (IN HOME ONLY)
MUST BE AVAILABLE some Mon-Fri WEEKDAY/DAYTIME HOURS (afternoons or mornings are okay)
Ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- FUN, skilled, creative, compassionate, intuitive, encouraging tutor
- Versed in 6th-12th Math and Science (Chemistry, Biology, Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry)
- 1-2 years of experience working with students (experience with SPED/learning differences a plus)
Pay is $35 per hour
1-20 hours per week
In-home tutoring only
