Proficient use of the POS system
Accuracy of the cash drawer

Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace
Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions assigned by the general manager,
assistant manager or shift leader such as: Food preparation
Restaurant pre/post-rush stocking
Daily, weekly or monthly cleaning
Other duties
Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Taking phone orders accurately
Maintaining restaurant cleanliness by following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
(clean as you go)
Act as back-up dining room delivery person when needed
