What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Prep position at Firehouse Subs?
The Kitchen Prep person would arrive to work in the morning and prep food items for the day and the next few days. This person would also clean the dishes at the end of their shift. The prep duties include slicing, dicing, and chopping of produce such as tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, lettuce, etc. Other prep duties include mixing and portioning of ingredients such as mayonaise, sauces, and other condiments. Dependent on the applicant, there could be additional crew member duties, either full-time or part-time hours available.
