Restaurant Shift Leader

At Firehouse Cumberland, we are looking for Full-time Shift Leaders to join our team.

This job contributes to Firehouse Sub's success by assisting the General Manager/Assistant Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards
• Foster an environment of team work
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Execute quality store operations
• Follow Firehouse subs standards, processes and company policies
• Work on catering and prep for catering
• Put away truck deliveries and organize the store
• Clean store, small wares and merchandise as necessary
• Must be able to operate food preparation machinery
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies.
• Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures
• Providing leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs® “culture” and mission and vision statements.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Able to lift up to 50 Lbs
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
