Monterey Service Coordinator
Full Time Hourly Position, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Location: Monterey
Reports to: Monterey Branch Manager
Starting Pay: $21.00 to $28.00 hourly
Position Overview:
The Monterey Service Coordinator will perform a wide variety of customer service/dispatching and administrative duties required to receive, screen, record, prioritize, assign, and close customer requests for service. The coordinator will receive customer requests for service in a professional manner and obtain the required information to efficiently schedule the calls. The coordinator will utilize the scheduling software and assign service to the optimal technician based on skills, customer preferences, availability of technicians, contractual response times, critical nature of the call, and proximity to the customer.
Job Task and Responsibilities:
1) Schedule service calls
2) Coordination and scheduling of manpower necessary to complete service
3) Review, process, and distribute completed reports to customers and responsible local authorities as required
4) Maintain and update customer database as required
5) Create and invoice any service tickets to replace batteries or service system as required
6) Answer any service inquiries from customers by clarifying desired information, researching, locating and providing information
7) Back up incoming calls from customers, service technicians and install technicians.
8) Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Ability to learn to use multiple different software programs quickly and proficiently
· Proficiency in Sedona and MasterMind preferred, but not required
· Detailed oriented, strong sense of accountability and ownership of work
· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
· Strong internal customer service skills as well as computer skills
· Ability to multi-task and work independently with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment

The starting pay range for this position is $21.00-$28.00 per hour pending experience and education.
Candidates must be able to pass a stringent background check, inclusive of drug testing.
