Essential Functions
- Metrics and Analytics: extract information from existing tools based on skill level and perform preliminary analysis as appropriate (so program managers can better understand opportunities/needs, saturations, connections between program participation and retention/growth)
- Talent Planning: assist with back-end Workday resources to support HRVP/HRBP talent planning efforts
- Workday Learning & NovoEd: leverage platforms to build course details (enrollments, resources, etc.), usage/trend analysis, test programs to be deployed to large employee populations
- Coordinates and tracks participant enrollment via the Learning Management System and ensures completions are added to Workday.
- Assists with managing FALive and MyFA engagement as assigned.
- Assists with planning and scheduling conference rooms, hotels, vendors, and catering, including set up and break down of training rooms.
- Assembles training materials including workbooks, evaluations, name tents, and ships materials when necessary.
- Schedules and attends planning meetings between vendors, program participants, Talent Development, Human Resources, and other internal and external colleagues.
- Assists with creating and proofreading training materials.
- Assists with creating evaluation summaries after programs and assists in other metric development and reporting activities.
- Coordinates other Talent Development projects as assigned.
- Coordinates employee assessment resources and delivery such as DISC, EQ, Strengths, and 360 Reviews.
- Supports Talent Development programs
- Follows department’s processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
- Actively contributes to the results of the team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience with Zoom/Teams and ability to provide technical support for Zoom/teams calls
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and web-based applications (Workday preferred)
- Coordinate program details (invitations and participation, updates to materials, email correspondence, Welcome Box supply ordering and distribution, survey design and preliminary analysis; participant tracking)
- Interface with program managers, facilitators, and executive guest speakers
- Café and hotel arrangements for in-person programs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and follow up skills
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of department/field
- Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level
Typical Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
