What You'll Do
Facilitate the disconnect/reconnect of desktop/print/copy/scan hardware as it relates to facility-related projects, such as new offices, office relocations, office closures and office remodels.
Provide support and troubleshooting for desktop environment (desktop/print/copy/scan) for business staff through the lifecycle of assigned projects and responsibilities.
Working with external technology vendors to schedule, resource, and execute technicians as needed for assigned projects.
Work with external vendors and resources to ensure appropriate COIs are obtained in order to meet project target deadlines.
Assists with print optimization efforts to reduce the printer fleet through assigned projects and responsibilities.
Oversees multiple small to large scale projects.
Gathers information for project deliverables, plans, schedules, and status reports.
Coordinates schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
Assists in creating project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, budgets, and allocation of available resources.
Facilitate the discovery, planning, and implementation of the desktop enviroment for assigned M&A activities.
Processes new desktop hardware (desktop/print/copy/scan) requests from the business through lifecycle of each request.
Installs and configures desktop hardware (desktop/print/copy/scan) for business staff.
Facilitates meetings including preparing agendas and coordinating schedules and materials, documenting meeting minutes, following-up on action items, gathering, organizing, and distributing project related documentation.
Assists in conducting risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and on budget.
May track or monitor project budgets including project cost estimates and forecasting.
Prepares project status reports and keeps team informed of project status and related issues.
Will be required to perform project execution duties outside of normal work hours based on project assignments and business needs.
Some travel will be required as needed based off project and business needs.
Use and contribute to the knowledge base to resolve issues using KCS methodology.
May be called upon to assist senior management and executives where sensitivity to confidential information and timely problem resolution is critical.
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies.
Analyzes multiple factors to recognize and appropriately manage risks associated with performance of duties assigned and escalates issues/concerns as required.
Errors may cause business disruption.
What You'll Bring
Understanding of technology disciplines to setup and troubleshoot desktop/network print/copy/scan devices within complex desktop environments with limited assistance.
Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Applications
Proficiency in supporting and managing desktop/network print/copy/scan hardware.
Demonstrate problem solving skills to ensure quick and efficient problem resolution.
Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
Understanding of the Service Now Platform.
Good organizational and coordinating skills
General analytical skills
Good time management skills
Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies
Familiar with project management methodologies and techniques
Familiar with applicable business processes sufficient to communicate with team members, customers, and management.
Experience with coordinating projects in a business and/or technology environment.
Some experience with risk management
Experience with coordinating multiple projects or large projects
Experience with coordinating project plans and budgets
Experience with facilitating meetings
Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to create project documentation
Knowledge of communication, statusing, and Project Management tools to create project documents and reports.
Pay Range: $63,600-$113,000 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
