Company Overview: First Cash We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in cyber security, with a strong emphasis on compliance standards such as PCI, SOX, and SOC, as well as proficiency in vulnerability management. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a crucial role in protecting our organization's digital assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Job Description: As a Cyber Security Analyst at First Cash, you will lead our efforts to protect our network infrastructure, safeguard sensitive data, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and actively manage the vulnerability lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with PCI, SOX, and SOC standards across all IT systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze the organization’s security posture and report on threats, breaches, and security weaknesses.
- Implement and maintain security measures and controls in alignment with industry best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve security issues and enhance the overall security infrastructure.
- Develop and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Deliver security awareness training and promote a culture of security-conscious behavior within the organization.
- Participate in the incident response process, including investigation and reporting of security incidents.
- Stay current with emerging security trends, threats, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in PCI, SOX, SOC2 compliance.
- Proficiency in using Rapid7 or similar network vulnerability management tools.
- Extensive experience in configuring and managing firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and advanced network security monitoring tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a network security focus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging network security threats and technologies.
