What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at FIRST CHOICE AUTOMOTIVE?
Independent Used Car Dealership in Pensacola is looking for the ideal candidate with excellent communication and computer skills, at least one year of dealership experience is preferred, a basic understanding of DMV regulations and automobile sales process, able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment and able to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. This position is responsible for exercising sound judgment regarding the dealership's overall financial and office workflow. The Office Manager is the key dealership employee for managing the accounting tasks and related policies and procedures at the dealership. The Office Manager is responsible for reviewing paperwork and ensures compliance with other financial activities and projects including payroll, floor plan payoffs, and schedule reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
Maintains an orderly accounting system
Submits Payroll to our Employee Management provider
Track and manage accounts payable/receivable/purchasing paperwork/and daily deposits
Completes periodic bank reconciliations and provides monthly reports to accounting office.
Qualifications:
Preferably experienced in Automotive Accounting on any level
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and duties simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional Problem Solver
Automotive and/or Titling experience is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
