General Dentist

First Dental is seeking a skilled and passionate dentist to join our fully digital and highly productive team. We are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and creating positive experiences for our patients. We are a multilocation practice based in Dodge City, KS with four offices and a team of six dentists. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional patient care and delivering outstanding oral health services. Position: Dentist

Salary: Guaranteed $250,000 base/yr guaranteed compensation based on collections

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
• Carry out general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown placements.
• Provide preventive dental care, oral hygiene instructions, and patient education.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active dental license in Kansas or have the ability to obtain licensure (First Dental will facilitate licensure if needed).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a diverse range of dental cases.
• Commitment to providing high-quality dental care and maintaining patient satisfaction.
• Prior experience or specialized training in specific areas of dentistry is a plus.
