Program Manager I

First Division Consulting (FirstDiv) is seeking a qualified Program Manager I to provide Program Support to the LDSS Program Manager.

The qualified candidate will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Leads a team of senior consultants on a daily basis.
• Manage cost, schedule & performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with Program Manager, Prime Contractor and federal agency managers to ensure continuity and collaboration between all entities.
• Multi-task and establish priorities to meet deadlines and communicate as necessary.
• Acts as single point of contact for escalated issues coming into this work group to provide resolution.
• Create and manage excel spreadsheets and power point presentations while maintaining strict confidentiality with handling of records.
• Track training, certifications, awards and other various human capital distinctions.
• Synchronize schedules with consultants, federal agencies, and other contractors. Plan in-person or virtual meetings and consulting or coaching activities.
• Analyze and consolidate monthly reports to determine trends and provide guidance.
• Manage and update accounting & project management database with contract/funding information.
• Track funding of labor hours and other direct costs by project.
• Manage subordinate travel requests and funding.
• Support new consultant orientations.
• Track consultant labor by project and reconcile when consultants submit their monthly invoices.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of relevant experience performing organizational duties supporting multiple customers is required. The related experience MUST include performance of administrative support such as assisting in invoice receiving and verifying, report preparation and publication, word processing, and cost data management.
• Candidate must be qualified and knowledgeable with multiple operations and office productivity systems is essential.
• Must have experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
