First Hope Bank is located in Andover, Sparta, Hope, Great Meadows, Hackettstown, and Blairstown serving customers Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Associates may be eligible for PTO, Bank matched 401(k), and an ESOP plan. Full-time benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist clients by providing excellent customer service and accurately processing all their banking transactions.
- Open new business and personal accounts, and close consumer loans.
- Perform account maintenance, process check orders, and assist clients with safe deposit boxes.
- Cross-sell deposit, loan, and investment products and services; introducing customers to associates in other departments when appropriately matched.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- High School Diploma/GED is required
