Job Title: Call Center Representative
Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing product/service information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, availability, and promotions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved during the initial contact.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling metrics, quality assurance standards, and customer satisfaction targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Hours: Monday to Wednesday from 9:00am to 2:00pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.00 per week
