Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing product/service information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, availability, and promotions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
• Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved during the initial contact.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling metrics, quality assurance standards, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Hours: Monday to Wednesday from 9:00am to 2:00pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.00 per week
