Summary of the Job: As a Sr. React Native Developer you will work as part of a small team that includes other developers, designers, QA experts and product owner with strong culture of experimentation, measurement and iteration. You will produce code for a single react native app for different platforms (Android and iOS) and create both front-end and back-end modules with maximum code reusability and efficiency. About This Role: Develop mobile device applications for both the iOS and Android platforms. Work together with product managers, designers, and engineers towards building the next generation mobile experiences for our customers. Develop features and improvements to the Milli product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way. Mentor less experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and ability to inspire a team to deliver extraordinary impact together. Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale mobile environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review. Collaborate with product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences and create meaningful change. Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance. Setup monitoring and resolve production issues/crashes. Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis and ensure that software bugs are corrected in an expedient manner. Communicate resolution & next steps. The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Experience working in a DevOps environment in a public cloud environment (Git/GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP). Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving aptitude. 5 years of designing, developing and shipping high-quality mobile software at scale. Practical knowledge of mobile application architecture. Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and how to use them in practice. Experience in FE development using React (React-Native). Experience with security frameworks such as OAuth2, Open Connect ID, and JWT. Experience with mobile testing - unit test, automation test, testing/debugging using cloud based real devices and emulators. Proven skills in high availability and scalability design, as well as performance monitoring. Experience with CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or similar. Experience working asynchronously on a remote, distributed team and communicating with high-level stakeholders. Experience with Git source code management system.
