Floating Teller

General Summary and Objective:

This position is responsible for assisting the Bank’s customers with their day-to-day banking needs and offering products that will enhance the service provided. The Area Floating Teller must provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to the Bank’s customers. The position requires a high degree of flexibility and independence as well as the ability to travel.

General Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• To provide an exceptional service experience, every time!
• Must have excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Responsible for performing routine branch and customer service duties. These duties include, but are not limited to, accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks, and processing savings withdrawals.
• Responsible for representing the Bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner.
• Promote business by providing a superior level of customer relations and service within assigned branch and the Bank.
• Protect the interest of the bank and minimize loss through adherence to security measures and other policies and procedures.
• Refer customers to appropriate personnel for new services.
• Assist in attaining established bank and branch goals through active participation in incentive and referral programs.
• Perform clerical duties.
• Assist in other regions as needed. This position operates in a regular office work environment and will routinely use standard office equipment.
• This is a full time position performed in a regular office environment, Monday through Saturday, Retail Branch Banking hours.
• Must provide own reliable transportation as this position requires travel to any branch in assigned area.
• Other duties as assigned: Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at anytime with or without notice, deemed necessary by Management.
