Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization.
Duties:
- Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer HR programs such as benefits, compensation, and leave
- Coordinate performance management processes
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions
- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support workforce management activities
- Assist in talent management initiatives
- Collaborate on organization design projects
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in ADP, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or similar HR software
- Experience with performance management and talent management processes
- Familiarity with lever for recruitment purposes
- Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of employee orientation best practices
- Ability to support workforce management activities effectively
