Responsibilities of a Paratransit General Manager at our PACE location:
- You will handle all contractual services to include: administrative functions, operations, information systems, parts purchasing, and inventory control.
- You will ensure compliance of our company procedures and policies, along with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- You will plan so that our services are provided within budget by developing and implementing action plans to improve operational efficiencies.
- You will analyze, prepare, and develop budgets and forecasts, along with reports that satisfy PACE (our client), corporate, and contractual requirements.
- You will provide leadership to develop your location and company bench strength; and, promote effective communications with customers.
- You will assure a safe working environment by establishing training goals and requirements for all personnel.
What we would like you to possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license
- 3-5 years of experience managing a paratransit bus service
- Proven record of handling multiple responsibilities
