The First Bank and Trust Company is seeking a Trust Administrative Assistant for the Trust & Wealth Management Department. The Trust Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Trust Officers at First Bank and Trust. This position is responsible for providing professional, efficient and accurate financial transaction processing. The Trust Administrative Assistant will assist with the administration of Trust and Estate Accounts. The individual will answer the phone, process mail and other administrative duties.
An associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field is required. Three to five years of prior bookkeeping, banking, accounting or related experience is preferred. The successful candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills, will be self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently as well in a team environment.
