Our client is seeking a seasoned and well-rounded professional with expertise in multiple HR disciplines. The ideal candidate possesses demonstrated expertise in three or more of the following competencies: hiring and recruitment, employee onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, payroll administration, compliance, and HRIS.
Our client is seeking an individual with the ability to build strong relationships with the company's leadership, employees, vendors, and external centers of influence. The ideal candidate will be a positive cultural champion, an articulate and candid communicator, and possess ample emotional intelligence in order to handle sensitive issues with tact and discretion.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- Greater than 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Multi-disciplinary expertise within human resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- SHRM or HRCI certification strongly preferred
- Experience with administering a SaaS HRIS is strongly preferred
