The Change Coordinator is responsible for supporting and facilitating the change approval process. This includes verifying that change requests comply with corporate processes, assigning resources to review, change requests as needed, and communicating change events to customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing change requests for completeness and compliance with the change control process
- Apply a structured methodology to change management activities
- Monitor, manage, and facilitate the change control process
- Review the impact of submitted change requests and ensuring accurate and timely
- communication to customers
- Assign resources for the assessment of complex work
- Responsible for managing the change management calendar
- Provide administrative support for the change control process
- Collect, analyze, and report key metrics related to the change control process
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Good attention to details
- Ability to accurately perform repetitive tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Capable of working independently
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma
