Position Title: Compensation Analyst (Temp)
Position Scope: The Compensation Analyst (Temp) is a contractor role for the balance of 2023. The role will assist in the overall function of the Compensation team, specifically focusing on job evaluations. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Compensation & Reporting Analyst and provide support of various compensation programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct pay reviews, job analysis, and market benchmarking by qualitatively evaluating job descriptions and organizational design.
· Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges.
· Assess jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as Exempt or Nonexempt.
· Maintain existing job family classifications and salary ranges.
· Assist the team in any of the following programs: development of compensation ranges, bonus calculations, tracking of performance appraisals, annual merit review, system testing and enhancements, and others.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Math/Statistics or other related fields.
· 2 years experience in Compensation, specifically experience with job evaluation.
· Experience with ADP WFN preferred.
· Excellent computer skills, specifically Excel.
· Detailed oriented and analytical.
· Collaborative attitude, a learning mindset, and tenacity to meet tight deadlines.
· Strong adherence to confidentiality, and a high level of integrity and discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
