What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at FirstStaff?
Responsible for friendly, fast & accurate processing of all customer transactions. Key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them with selection of merchandise, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise. Will be responsible for opening and closing store, training employees, good communication skills, good computer skills, and great customer service skills.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides customer engagement in positive and approachable manner.
- Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.
- Helps organize merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
- Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store.
. * Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
Position Requirements:
Preferred experience working in retail and supervisory position a minimum of 1 year.
Ability to regularly lift up to 45 lbs from floor must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, and stooping.
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and national background

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
