Job Description

FIS has run the FIS Fintech Accelerator for eight years, with an alumni cohort of 80 companies, driven by our vision to continue pushing the boundaries of innovation in financial technology. We are looking to expand the team as we continue to open bigger doors and accelerate the pace of innovation for the wider ecosystem and in close partnership with our customers.

About the role:

The Accelerator Program Manager is responsible for the day -to-day activities and operations of the program. This includes collating our target opportunity areas, sourcing and recruiting startups and supporting the 12-week program activities with the graduation of the cohort on Demo Day. This is a great opportunity to get broad exposure to our solutions and distribution channels, help shape our vision as well as work with great minds every single day.

What you'll be doing:

• Build program structure and execute day-to-day activities from early preparation, cohort selection and program execution.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather target opportunities and support the sourcing process.
• Be an active advocate for early stage fintechs with a passion for financial technology and customer driven outcomes.
• Work with internal groups to ensure all required tools and resources are engaged in the assessment of fintechs, using a data driven approach.
• Ongoing market research on target opportunity areas.

What you bring:

• Strong interest in financial technology startups.
• 3 years of experience in program management.
• 2 years of experience working with early-stage startups.
• Exposure to commercialization and distribution channels is a plus.
• Advanced ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines; comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic and ambiguous business environment.
• Able to interact successfully across an organization at different levels.

Location:

• NYC or Jacksonville is preferred.
• Remote considered for the right candidate.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $71,810.00 - $117,060.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
