About the team

The Card Solutions Professional Services and Onboarding team provides new customer onboarding and ongoing services to our diverse portfolio of Debit, Credit, and Prepaid customers.

The team is comprised of experts in project management, technical configuration, and data conversion, who work collaboratively to deliver customized online and mobile banking solutions to commercial and consumer banks, emphasizing innovation, client-specific customization, and seamless implementation.

What you will be doing

As a Reseller Portfolio Manager, you’ll be working with our Reseller and Referral partners to manage their projects on behalf of their end Banks and Credit Unions. The projects will include new Customer onboarding and ongoing maintenance changes.

· Managing a portfolio of FIS projects on behalf of the Reseller or Referral Partner.

· Working with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

· Participating in client meetings, team meetings, and sales discussions.

· Working with the Customer Success Manager to provide visibility and guidance into the relevant product and industry changes.

What you bring

· Background in Credit and/or Debit Card Processing Solutions.

· Ability to help translate a business need into a product solution.

· Ability to manage multiple large portfolios.

· Ability to communicate at various levels of an organization, from the Call Center to the C-Suite.

Bonus if you have

· Experience and Knowledge of FIS Card Processing Products.

· Experience working in a Reseller or Service Bureau Environment.
