The team works directly with Retirement clients using Scrum Agile methodology to implement technical solutions for business process automation using technologies such as ServiceNow and AWD. The team comprises of Scrum Master, Developers, Analysts and Testers working on business priorities define by Product Owner. Knowledge of workflow tools, process automation and AWS technologies to solving business problems is a key focus area. The team often needs to coordinate and collaborate with various other teams to build end-to-end digital and back-office process automation solutions.

What you will be doing
As the Development Manager, you will lead Agile scrum teams responsible for managing delivery of business solutions related to process automation, workflow and integration with multiple systems.
You will partner with Product Owners, Architects, Development Managers across the program to build end-to-end solutions. You will work closely with internal and external clients to manage priorities, resources, status and implementation plans to meet expectations.
You will have administrative responsibilities to manage direct as well as matrixed resources in your team.
What you bring
* Knowledge of workflow and experience with business process automation and efficiencies is required.
* Worked closely with clients, Product Owners and Architects to solve business problems and manage expectations and implementation plans.
* Some experience managing people either directly or indirectly.
* Experience managing projects using AWS technologies
* Experience working in an Agile scrum manner with Rally knowledge is a must
Bonus if you have
* Experience and knowledge of financial services area specific to Retirement Planning Services
* Experience with workflow and process automation tools such as ServiceNow and AWD is desirable.
