About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You'll workaspartofateaminascrumsettingand must be aself-motivated,proactive,andout-of-the-boxthinker.

The insurance industry is recognizing the importance of both the customer experience and digital strategies. To succeed, insurers need policy administration systems and automated workflows that promote efficiency around all things data. Managing complex business and data is central to the efficient management of any insurance organization. And beyond efficiency, you also need the software that empowers you to better understand your customers and provide the digital solutions they demand. FIS Solutions support all aspects of Insurance Business.
What you will be doing:
- Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
- Identify new strategies and product improvement opportunities
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects
- Assist with project management for selected projects
- Assist presentations to existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Product Strategy, Development, and other internal groups to elaborate on new capability.
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
- Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning
What you will need:
- Knowledge of healthcare services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
- A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience - master's degree is desirable.
- Knowledge of business process management systems
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Added bonus if you have:
Prior experience with Healthcare Payer processes.

Salary : $84,720 - $142,320
