What does an outstanding Channel Sales Executive, FRMS do?
As a Channel Sales Executive within our Global Sales Organization, you will support our Financial & Risk Management Solutions (FRMS) group. This quota-carrying sales position is responsible for driving efforts to expand and grow Fiserv market share in the Retail and Financial Services sectors, through execution of business, value-driven solution sales activities with existing and prospective clients. This role is focused on the pursuit of sales for the Nautilus/ECM line of business within the FRMS. Specifically, Fiserv is looking to hire a top performing sales professional to drive sales to large retail and financial institution networks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Independently generate leads and drives profitable revenue by selling Fiserv solutions within assigned accounts.
- You will drive strategies, tactics and account plans to identify, qualify and secure new Fiserv clients to meet sales targets.
- You will manage the effective and rapid movement of leads through the sales process, including: qualification of prospects; assessment of potential client needs; presentation of Fiserv solutions; and expeditious closing of business
- Independently develop selling strategies for assigned accounts and effectively interfaces regularly with executive levels.
- Leverages executive level contacts to develop greater account coverage and create demand
- Build internal and external industry networks to remain current on industry trends and describes Fiserv’s value in the context of emerging market trends and how they affect the customer
- You will develops long-term client and business relationships based on mutual value and trust, resulting in repeat business for Fiserv.
- Manage client expectations appropriately to ensure mutual satisfaction for the client and Fiserv.
- Maintain prompt and accurate sales pipeline forecasting in the eCRM system.
- Models and practices the Fiserv Way of Selling philosophies and skill sets.

Qualifications for consideration:
- 2+ years’ solution selling experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel 40%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
- Familiar directly or indirectly with ECM solution sets
- Understands the sales process, development and qualification of a business need, identification of target clients, and favorable positioning of products.
- Ability to assess client’s business needs and apply business impact model methodology to justify Fiserv’s solution to solve business problems
- Knowledge to incorporate thorough understanding of industry trends and client’s key challenges into sales presentations.
