What does a successful Client Service Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a Client Service Analyst, you will manage the day-to-day interactions with a specific client base as well as interact with internal production staff, technology, and other internal teams. You will be responsible for client relationships, issue resolution, daily reconciliation, and validation of work in support of internal production processes.
What you will do:
- Develop positive relationships with key client personnel by fostering open communication, understanding their internal structure, and providing regular follow up as needed
- Provide client support and satisfaction at a professional level with minimal supervision, answering questions, and resolves client issues relating to products and services while providing exceptional support to our clients
- Maintain industry and product knowledge to assist in finding creative and alternative solutions for our clients
- Process numerous transactions to send and receive information while ensuring its accurate and timely completion of assigned work
- Prepare periodic reports and activity logs on activities and client relationship status as needed in an accurate and timely manner
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
What would be great to have:
- Experience supporting large key accounts
- Excel skills to provide client quotes, billing and reconciliation
This role is required to be performed onsite. You may have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule, which generally requires you to be in the office the majority of the time.
