The Implementation Project Specialist Senior is responsible for the project management of adding new clients to the Full Service Credit platform. This position will schedule and coordinate the key activities with internal departments, external vendors and the client to ensure the client installation process is completed on time and in accordance with client requirements

Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as primary project contact for clients and internal groups for client related development, testing, implementation readiness and final implementation.
2. Develop project plans and related task lists as necessary, update plans accordingly.
3. Analyzes client customization requirements and creates the appropriate specifications to meet those needs.
4. Researches and prepares service reports, custom programming requests and project requests to meet the needs of the client.
5. Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements.
6. Develop and maintain professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.
7. Performs other duties as required

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience required

Job Related Experience:
• Four years work experience in an implementations capacity or environment.
• Previous client services/relationships experience and project management experience required
• Previous VisionPlus knowledge/experience strongly preferred.
Additional Skills/Knowledge: (Optional)
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word).
• Strong organization and problem solving skills
• Strong level of project management knowledge including the ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects, issues and tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate within all levels of clients and internal staff.

• Travel as needed (10% anticipated) to support business needs.
