Fish River Rural Health (FRRH) is accepting applications for a full-time Dental Assistant at its Eagle Lake Health Center in Eagle Lake. This position is responsible for assisting the Dentist in providing quality dental care to FRRH patients. Primary tasks include recording patient vital signs in Electronic Dental Record, preparing instruments, materials and assisting the dentist chairside during dental procedures, complying with all OSHA regulations, working on dental lab impressions, and maintaining a smooth work flow within the dental department. Individual must possess strong interpersonal skills with both patients and dental team. Experience with an Electronic Dental Record system is beneficial but not mandatory. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, experience in dental office preferred. Individual must have great computer and communications skills. Ability to speak French helpful but not required. Willing to train a highly motivated individual.
