Valorant Head Coach
Job Description
-Lead all aspects of the Valorant team including but not limited to, recruiting qualified esports candidates, developing a comprehensive tryout and practice schedule, competition registration, eligibility requirements, and budget preparedness.
-Lead and mentor all Valorant student athletes
-Create a respectful and competitive team environment
-Create coaching plans to develop our student athletes both physically outside the game and in game skills, including teamwork, team performance, while adjusting strategies as needed.
-Organize and schedule daily practice sessions, create scouting reports, and provide valuable feedback to student athletes.
-Monitor academic and competitive progress throughout each semester.
-Endorse the college esports brand on your social media platforms.
-Represent Fisher College esports with integrity, honesty, and passion.
-Additional duties may be assigned by the Director or Assistant director of esports
-Assist in admissions meetings for Valorant recruits
-Becoming familiar with the College’s academic programs and enrollment policie
Requirements-
1 years of tier 2 Valorant coaching experience, professional coaching experience, or 1 years of collegiate head coaching experience
High school diploma
General Microsoft office skills including excela
Travel- 25%
