- Hybrid Customer Service Representative and Insurance Producer
- Job Summary: Support sales goals of the agency or specialist department as communicated from the agent to meet long-term and short-term goals for agency growth. This includes new business, cross-sell opportunities, customer service retention, and profit goals.
- Job Tasks and responsibilities:
- Customer Service on all book of business insurance needs
- Follow up on alerts, change request and general requests from customers
- Sets up and maintains files on all accounts
- Cross sales
- Reviews servicing account and cross sales when needed

- Insurance Licenses for the state of WA are required: (Property, Casualty, Life & Disability)
