What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Coordinator position at FIT Technologies?
SUMMARY
The Client Services Coordinator assists in establishing and maintaining business relationships with clients by providing support to the assigned Client Services Manager. The Client Services Coordinator maintains a relevant understanding of clients’ roadmap, goals, and objectives, and proactively manages their assigned tasks, tickets and to do items. The Client Services Coordinator will work to develop a full understanding of FIT’s products and services and work to develop the ability to effectively communicate those offerings to clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid the assigned Client Services Manager with account management tasks including:
- Review of monthly invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Update CRM with project and service opportunities and contracts.
- Contract renewal management.
- Support the Client Services Manager in leading, preparing, and executing on the strategic IT roadmaps for clients including:
- Initiating the proposal scoping process.
- Building new service agreements and contracts.
- Preparing documentation for internal project meetings.
- Assist with preparation of client engagement and strategy meetings.
- Provide support in execution of product demonstrations, presentations end user training.
- Participate in interdepartmental project planning including:
- Assist with the management and coordination of client onboarding tasks.
- Lead special projects as requested for Client Services Team and leadership team, as requested.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred 1-3 years’ experience working in customer service, project management, sales support, or client services.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team atmosphere.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and accomplish tasks successfully.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environment and the ability to adapt to an evolving environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to the information being processed, stored or accessed on FIT or client networks and obtained through client relationships.
WORKING CONDITIONS REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer screen
- Occasional local travel to events and/or to various client sites for meetings.
- Reliable transportation to our office in Downtown Cleveland and/or to occasional offsite events or meetings
- Occasional evening and weekend work for meetings or other special events
