We are seeking a hospitality minded, sales and community relationship builder who will take accountability for developing a fun and engaging wellness and retail team.
No food production. All meals are sourced from our central culinary facility in Plant City, FL.

Community Store Leader Mission (CSL) & Responsibilities:
- Serve as connectors for growing their community, both within and outside of their stores.
- Build meaningful community relationships to drive company sales.
- Use their aspirational energy to create a fun, upbeat and hospitality first environment where team members want to work, and customers want to shop.
- Daily accountability for the operations of their location, including the leadership and development of a team.
- Foster a hospitality culture by developing meaningful connections with customers on the shop floor and at events to provide an informative and fun experience.
- Coach and empower your team to continually demonstrate proven relationship and sales building behaviors with customers, including active listening, answering questions, and being knowledgeable about Fitlife products and services.
- Ensure that you have the “right people in the right seats” through continual recruiting, coaching, hiring, and development of a team of 5-7 individuals.
- Use your attention to detail to ensure store environment / touchpoints have an “opening day” look and feel.
- Manage store financials by reviewing monthly Profit & Loss statements and making strategic business decisions to meet targets.
- Leverage weekly and period sales data to manage performance to drive results and achieve sales goals / additional KPI’s.
- Lead community activities within the store and the community to build a rapport with prospective customers and influencers, community businesses, and trainers to continue to build your business.
What A Successful CSL Brings to the Table:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in sales / fitness / hospitality / dining management, including responsibility for profit & loss management and building and leading a team.
- High energy, confidence, and eagerness to be the first to approach new customers and build relationships.
- High levels of emotional intelligence and communication with a willingness to participate in solving problems with contagious optimism.
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a passion to grow our business and be rewarded for achieving sales goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Athletically minded and has a passion for health and fitness.
- Responsible, dependable, action-oriented team player who has a will to win.
- Attention to detail and initiative to get things done
- Reliability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time to meet the needs of the businesss
