This is a career and life changing opportunity for a motivated fitness professional. Our company, established in 2013, has operations across numerous states with thousands of clients. Our company contracts with gym owners to be the exclusive provider of personal training within their gyms. Then we staff those locations with our own employees to market, sell, and service the members.
We are seeking a Director of Fitness Training, as the Director of Fitness Training you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs and templates for all our trainers companywide to follow, among other duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years training experience
- At least 3 years of within commercial gym as a Director, Head Trainer; Master PT
- Must have experience coaching all the following: 1-on-1; Semi-Private; Small Group
- Experience in a leadership or management role
- Current certification from a nationally recognized organization
- At least 4 years of Masters exercise science degree
- Multiple specialty certifications and/or major trainer certification such as: TRX, Kettlebell, CrossFit, Olympic, Nutrition, Group, Physical Therapist, Athletic Training Etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a Corporate Level position. You will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs and templates for all trainers companywide to follow.
- Create and Design small group, private, and semi-private programs
- Create new trainer on-boarding process
- Continued education opportunities for our trainers companywide
- Enhance the client experience and their results
- Increase retention of clients and company profits
COMPENSATION
- $50,000-$75,000 annual base salary based on Experience and qualifications Company Profit Bonus: You will earn a % of the quarterly profit
