Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, including tractors, combines, sprayers, trucks and supportive equipment . If you have strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating farm machinery, or a desire to learn these skills we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Binning and delivery of crops
- Load and unload materials using forklift
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed for example: building fence, processing cattle, treating seed

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Teachable attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive work environment for all
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • farming or equipment operation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Enid, OK (Required)
