Immediate opening for a Full-Time Outside Sales Associate.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking and have the ability to balance multiple deadline-oriented projects while maintaining a great attitude and sense of humor in a fast-paced work environment.

Who We Are: Five Forty Broadcasting LLC currently has 4 stations including 105.7 FM WRGC The River, 540-AM, 94.1 WBHN Classic Country, 1590-AM. Five Forty Broadcasting strives to hire passionate, driven, resourceful, problem solvers who have the ability to drive the evolving, diverse culture of the Power of Radio to success. Our stations reach thousands of listeners on a daily basis! We also provide CTV, Digital Display, and a variety of other digital forms of advertising on major platforms such as Amazon Prime, Hulu, Tubi and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary role will be meeting with current and potential clients and developing marketing plans to help grow their business.
• Utilize our Cloud-based CRM Software to input appointments, client information, proposals, and contracts.
• Provide support to clients by providing documents, forms and other paperwork to ensure seamless execution of media buys.
• Assist Traffic Managers by gathering copy and traffic and working to solve clearance issues.
• Works on highly time sensitive projects, adhering to deadlines.
• Manages multiple project requests simultaneously with quick turnaround time.
• Additional duties as designated by the General Sales Manager, Market Manager or Business Manager related to sales or administrative functions.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 Years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising and/or promotions preferred.
• Computer skills including but not limited to knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, social media and the ability to adapt to proprietary computer systems.
• Background in radio station continuity or sales helpful.
• Self-starter that is detail oriented, and organized, and must be excellent at written and oral communication and possess strong multitasking skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and possess a team player attitude.
• Aptitude to make decisions and work independently without immediate direction or supervision.
• Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
