- Manage and nurture multiple retail accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong relationships to drive sales, customer loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives that align with the clients' objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities within assigned accounts, upselling products or services, and providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction to foster repeat sales and positive brand advocacy.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track account progress, and provide regular reports to management, contributing valuable insights to enhance overall sales effectiveness and achieve organizational goals.
Base compensation is broken down into an hourly pay, paid weekly, with opportunities for additional bonuses and commissions. The range listed (40k-50k), is based on average performance and earnings.
