Responsibilities:

Sales Conversion: Utilize your sales skills to understand customer needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations that lead to successful sales conversions and upselling opportunities.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits, enabling you to educate customers effectively and guide them toward the best purchasing decisions.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, questions, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly and leaving customers satisfied with their experience.
Sales Floor Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, properly stocked, and visually appealing, creating an inviting environment that encourages customers to explore and make purchases.
