Description
We have a Customer Service Representative opportunity at our Federal Way, WA location.
This opportunity comes with a salary range of $17 to $21 an hour based on experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will
- Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
- Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
- Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
- Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
- Perform all other duties as assigned
