Job Information
FixPads is searching for an Operations Coordinator to work in our Charlotte, NC office.
The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our Construction/Renovations team and will be responsible for day-to-day operations supporting our nationwide renovation and restoration efforts.
Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator
- Assist construction leads in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the renovation and preservation of a multi-state residential portfolio.
- Assist in scoping/budgeting jobs, monitoring expenses, and cost forecasting in line with the financial team.
- Track, manage, recruit, and coordinate contractors and laborers.
- Coordinate with counties and local authorities on utilities, violations, permit requirements, etc…
- Conduct tax research, track due dates and manage payment plans for annual property taxes across multiple authorities.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.
Qualifications for Operations Coordinator
- Construction Experience Preferred
- Proven experience in working in business operations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Proficient in technology, especially Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Lucidchart
- 10%-30% travel as needed.
