What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Baker position at Fiya?
Fiya is looking for an experienced and creative baker to run our restaurant dessert program as well as the baking program for our soon to be opened daytime bakery/cafe. Ideal candidate will have experience in production baking of items such as muffins, scones, coffee cakes, savory brunch items (quiche, bourekas, strada, etc) as well as plated restaurant desserts. Interest in Middle Eastern baking a plus but not required. Must have open availability, including weekends.We're looking for a team player who is able to collaborate with the owners and our chef to create and execute a pastry menu that reflects and enhances our dinner and brunch menus.
