Rezolut Imaging is looking for a RCM Account Specialist/Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Job Summary
The RCM Account Specialist is responsible for updating patient information and handling all patient billing appropriately to ensure patient satisfaction.
Essential Functions of an RCM Accounts Specialist
- Answer and respond to inbound patient calls
- Investigate and conduct root cause analysis for inquiries received.
- Responsible for accurately documenting accounts
- Coordinate with facilities, payors and collections agency related to a patient account.
- Review and resolve patient concerns, which include: insurance or account updates or third party collections cancellations
- Review patient accounts, claim information and Explanation of Benefits to enable quick resolution of patient issues.
- Draft communications to patients, patient representatives, payors, and vendors as needed.
- Report on status of patient concerns, trends, and resolutions to the management team
Competencies/Skills
- Revenue Cycle (Billing) and Customer Service Experience preferred
- Experience working in a call center environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions
- Positive customer-based attitude and solution-oriented outlook
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet resources
Required Education and Experience
- HS/Diploma GED equivalent
