What You’ll Do as a Flagger:
Be trained as a traffic control expert by MDOT-certified trainers
Notify drivers of the need to reduce speed or stop when driving through construction zones
Maintain safe construction zones for both construction crew and civilians
Coordinate with other flaggers to maintain a safe flow of traffic
Gain valuable construction site experience!

Qualifications:
Must be 18
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and cell phone
Your own reliable source of transportation is a requirement of this role
Flagging experience is a bonus
