What is a Site Manager at Ultimate Shine Car Wash?

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of a Single Ultimate Shine Express Car Wash. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the efficient and profitable operation of your site under your supervision. You are a culture creator driving a fun, competitive, and safe working environment for your fellow Ultimate Shine Car Washemployees. You will ha e an exciting responsibility of developing your team and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Site Manager plays a crucial role in achieving business objectives, maintaining high operational standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

What will you do?

· Develop and execute Site-level strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.

· Provide guidance, coaching, and support Supervisor and Team Members

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements on your site.

· Manage district-level budgets, including labor costs, operational expenses, and capital expenditures.

· Train employees to be successful at their current role and for future opportunities.

· Address and resolve customer complaints or issues escalated from employees to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and potential risks.

· Conduct performance evaluations for Supervisor and Team Members and provide constructive feedback for their professional development.

· Drive recruitment and selection process for your site

What will you bring?

· Retail Management, or a related field Leadership Experience (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in the retail industry.

· Strong understanding of reading and understanding P&L statements.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
