The Client Services Associate I Overnight position is responsible for performing client-oriented (transaction / balances / debit-cards / Signet) telephone activities, responding to colleagues and client's emails, troubleshooting Internet Banking set-ups, applying Rate Pointers, distributing Company-wide FYI's, as well as various other ancillary duties.
This is an overnight position with the following work schedule Monday, Thursday, and Friday 9pm 5 : 45am Tues and Weds OFF Saturday and Sunday 11 : 30pm 8 : 15am
Answer a high volume of phone calls and respond to emails from clients and PCGs regarding banking queries such as : Balances, Transactions, Debit Card usage / limits, Internet / Mobile Banking Maintenance, Signet and other general banking issues.
Handle ancillary duties- processing Rate-Pointer requests, sending Company distributed FYI's, E-statements, FIS Debit Card Alerts, linking accounts for internal transfers, Signet Password Reset, & Stop Payments, and Bill Payment Increases.
Review client account documentation and ensure information is correct and documentation satisfies security measures, compliance and bank regulations, Change of Address, Telephone Transfer, Blocking / Unblocking Debit Cards, & Mobile Banking Setup.
Process e-reports as needed.
Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.
Job Qualifications
Education level required : High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent and two years of related experience.
Minimum experience required : 1 years of knowledge : financial services products & platforms required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
Experience in a call center (preferred).
Experience with Internet Banking, business accounts, client documentation (preferred).
Able to respond promptly to client needs, follow through & resolve issues in a pleasant and helpful manner.
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, organized & a dedicated professional.
Proactive / motivated with good problem-solving skills.
